Key Responsibilities
In this multifaceted role, you will be the site expert for our key operational systems, ensuring reliability and driving efficiency. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Maximo System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the IBM Maximo (CMMS) application. This includes system configuration, user management (additions, access groups, reviews), hierarchy updates (locations-assets), troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity across modules like Asset Management, Work Orders, and Preventive Maintenance.
- Develop and execute the site’s digitalization strategy using tools like Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate. Create dashboards, automate reporting and data workflows, and act as the Subject Matter Expert to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.
- Generate and maintain Business Intelligence reports, run queries, and create ad-hoc reports to support operational needs. Provide technical and procedural support to all Maximo users and coordinate with IT for
- Manage facilities-related service contracts, raise purchase requests, and handle invoice processing. Provide critical support during customer audits and ensure all findings are addressed promptly.
Qualification
We are looking for a technically proficient and analytically minded candidate with the following profile:
- A Diploma-Higher Nitec in a relevant technical discipline (IT, Engineering, etc.). A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo system administration within an operational environment (assets, work orders, PMs). Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar digitalization tools is essential.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and data analysis. Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with asset management principles are strong advantages. An IBM Maximo certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Meticulous attention to detail for data integrity. Strong organizational abilities to manage both system and administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills to liaise with users, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
