Key Responsibilities

Your technical expertise will be essential in maintaining our advanced manufacturing systems and ensuring uninterrupted operations. Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on heat treatment furnaces and various plant equipment
• Troubleshooting complex issues across electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems including control panels and vacuum pumps
• Installing, fabricating, and calibrating equipment while maintaining accurate documentation for traceability
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing operation sheets with precision
• Providing guidance and hands-on training to support the development of junior technicians
• Strictly adhering to all environmental, health, and safety protocols in every task
• Establishing and maintaining calibration systems to ensure instrument accuracy and reliability
• Performing regular equipment inspections and scheduled maintenance procedures

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates with strong technical foundations and practical experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Higher NITEC-NTC2 qualification in electrical, electronic, mechanical or mechatronics with 2 years of relevant experience
• Alternatively, an ITC or Diploma in the same technical fields would be preferred
• Ability to comprehend and follow manufacturing operation sheets and procedures in English
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, particularly with furnaces and heavy machinery
• Broad technical capability across multiple engineering disciplines including electrical and mechanical systems
• Additional certifications such as forklift license or specialized skills in welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics are advantageous
