Key Responsibilities

Your daily work will be central to the well-being and comfort of our residents. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and all facility spaces according to established schedules and procedures.
• Providing complete laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering residents’ personal clothing and facility linens with care.
• Strictly adhering to all infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a healthy environment for residents and staff.
• Working cooperatively with nursing, administrative, and other facility staff to meet the daily needs of the community.
• Performing your duties with a compassionate, respectful, and positive attitude, recognizing the importance of your role in resident satisfaction.
