 Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our site crew, you will contribute to a variety of civil construction tasks. Your core duties will include:

• Performing general labouring duties and safely operating minor plant equipment as required on-site.
• Assisting tradespeople and machine operators to ensure the smooth progression of drainage, pavement, and other civil works.
• Reading and interpreting basic construction plans and site mark-ups to carry out tasks accurately.
• Supporting the maintenance of a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Following all safety procedures, site rules, and instructions from supervisors diligently.

Qualifications

We are looking for the right person to grow with us. The successful candidate will have:

• A current industry induction card (Red Card or White Card).
• A strong work ethic, with essential enthusiasm, commitment, and punctuality.
• The ability to reliably travel to various sites across the Greater Melbourne area.
• While not mandatory, prior experience in drainage and pavement construction is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
• A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
