Key Responsibilities

As a Janitorial Worker, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness. Working independently or with a small team, your core duties will include:

• Performing thorough floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in all assigned areas.
• Emptying all trash and recycling bins and ensuring proper disposal.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other high-traffic common areas.
• Dusting all furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and surfaces.
• Restocking essential supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Following all safety protocols and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to your supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

We are looking for dependable individuals who meet the following criteria:

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
• The ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and a keen eye for detail.
• Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.
• Must be able to pass an oral drug test as part of our commitment to a drug-free workplace.
