Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the backbone of our store’s presentation and functionality, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Your day will include:
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and welcoming appearance of the entire travel center, both inside and out.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing showers and restroom facilities to our high standards.
- Managing the laundry process, including washing, loading, and unloading towels for our shower services.
- Performing general repair and basic maintenance tasks to keep everything in good working order.
- Picking up and disposing of all trash around the property to ensure a tidy environment.
- Working collaboratively with all team members to provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
Qualifications
We’re looking for reliable team players who bring a positive attitude. The must-haves for this role are:
- A highly motivated, self-starting work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet, walking and standing, for most of your shift.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- A commitment to providing a great experience for our guests through diligent work.
While not required, experience in a similar maintenance or custodial role and basic knowledge of handling industrial equipment or minor repairs would be a great advantage.
