Key Responsibilities

Your role will be vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, contributing directly to our iconic reputation.

• For Room Attendants: Create exceptional guest experiences by thoroughly cleaning and servicing guest rooms and apartments to our exacting standards, ensuring every space is spotless, welcoming, and fully stocked.
• For Laundry Attendants: Ensure the smooth, behind-the-scenes operation of our linen supply by processing, folding, and distributing all hotel laundry efficiently, maintaining quality and supporting the housekeeping team.
• Uphold Team Standards: Work collaboratively as part of our diligent housekeeping team, supporting colleagues and maintaining a consistent focus on quality, safety, and efficiency in all tasks.
• Adapt to Operational Needs: Be flexible and responsive to the variable demands of a busy hotel environment, managing your tasks effectively to meet daily requirements.

Qualifications

We are looking for team players who bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to our hotels.

• Reliability, a keen eye for detail, and a team-focused mindset are essential.
• While previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is advantageous, it is not essential—we provide full training for the right candidates.
• A genuine commitment to maintaining high standards and contributing to guest satisfaction.
• The physical fitness to cope with the demands of the role, including bending, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexible availability to work variable rosters that include weekends and public holidays is required.
