Pinnacle Apartments, part of the award-winning Doma Hotels, is looking for Housekeeping Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. We’re busier than ever and need motivated people who take pride in keeping things spotless. You’ll be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and common areas to a high standard, making sure every apartment feels fresh and welcoming. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Daily cleaning procedures: You’ll follow Doma Hotels standards to clean guest rooms thoroughly and consistently, making sure every detail is right.
  • Reporting issues: If you spot damaged equipment or potential hazards, you’ll let management or maintenance know right away.
  • Handling lost property: You’ll follow hotel procedures for any items left behind by guests.
  • Responding to cleaning requests: When guests need something, you’ll handle it courteously and quickly.
  • Transferring luggage: You’ll help guests get their bags to and from their rooms as needed.
  • Following safety practices: You’ll actively participate in WHS practices, keeping the workplace clean and safe for everyone.
  • Adhering to environmental policies: We have programs in place, and you’ll follow them as required.
  • Maintaining security: You’ll observe all security procedures for guest property and the hotel premises.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, genuine, friendly attitude with a team-focused mindset. We work together here.
  • Previous cleaning experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. If you’re willing to learn and have the right attitude, we’ll train you.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks and lifting. This is an active role.
  • Pride in your work and openness to feedback. We’re always looking to improve, and we help each other get there.
  • High level of personal presentation and grooming. You represent Doma Hotels when you’re on the job.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, with Monday, Wednesday, and Friday specifically required.
  • A current National Criminal History Check Certificate obtained within the last 6 months. This is required for the role.
