Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, five-star food and beverage service to all guests.
- Engage warmly and confidently with guests to create memorable experiences.
- Build rapport and meaningful connections through genuine hospitality.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, wine lists, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with a sociable and diverse team to uphold the hotel’s service excellence standards.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
We’re looking for an individual who brings both luxury presence and humble excellence someone passionate about service, teamwork, and continuous growth.
Essential
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A professional, can-do attitude with attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
Preferred
- Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits.
- Experience in luxury or five-star hotel environments.
- Strong ability to anticipate guest needs and personalize service.

Salary Range
NZD $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
