We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Dispatch AV Technician to provide on-site and remote support for AV and IT systems. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for troubleshooting, maintaining, and setting up audio-visual equipment and related IT infrastructure. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless technology experiences for clients from high-quality video conferencing and event setups to network and hardware support.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to service dispatches for AV setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Install, configure, and test AV systems including projectors, video conferencing systems, speakers, displays, and control systems (Crestron, Extron).
- Provide technical support for IT hardware such as PCs, routers, printers, and switches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and system issues (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Maintain accurate service logs and ticket documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Stay up to date with emerging AV or IT tools and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as an AV Technician or IT Support Technician.
- Hands-on experience with AV platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Logitech, Polycom, etc.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and system troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
- Associate’s degree or technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CTS, CCNA) are a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Availability for on-call shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required.
- Ability to lift and transport AV equipment safely.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- $50,000–$70,000 USD annually
