• Snip trees and shrubs to keep them healthy and neat.
• Plant colorful flowers and tend to garden beds.

• Work with the property manager on seasonal garden plans.
• Handle mowers, trimmers, and sprayers with care.
• Check sprinklers to make sure plants get enough water.
• Set up outdoor spaces for resident events or barbecues.

• Answer resident requests, like adding a new plant.
