Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and high-standard food and beverage service across all outlets
• Engage with guests personally, building rapport and enhancing their experience
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, wines, spirits, and cocktails to maximise sales opportunities
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, sociable work environment
• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
• Assist in setting up, clearing, and maintaining service areas efficiently

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar hospitality or F and B role
• A professional, friendly, and approachable attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build connections with guests and colleagues
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails is advantageous
• Valid New Zealand work rights
