Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and high-standard food and beverage service across all outlets
- Engage with guests personally, building rapport and enhancing their experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, wines, spirits, and cocktails to maximise sales opportunities
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, sociable work environment
- Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Assist in setting up, clearing, and maintaining service areas efficiently
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar hospitality or F and B role
- A professional, friendly, and approachable attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build connections with guests and colleagues
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails is advantageous
- Valid New Zealand work rights
