 Key Responsibilities

As an Ironer Operator, you will play a critical role in our production line. Your core duties will focus on efficiency, quality, and safety:

  • Operate industrial ironing equipment safely and efficiently, following all standard operating procedures.
  • Inspect each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, or excessive wear, removing any items that do not meet quality standards.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established production standards for speed and output.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, supporting coworkers and communicating effectively.
  • Follow all directions from team leads and supervisors, as well as all company safety rules and policies.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work past your scheduled shift when production needs require it.
  • Cross-train in other production positions to support overall team efficiency.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, focused, and physically capable. The requirements for this role are:

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
  • The ability to stand on your feet for up to 10-12 hours per shift.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to safely feed machines at a consistent pace.
  • Physical ability to consistently bend, twist, and pull.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • The ability to work well within a diverse team environment.
