Morgan & Morgan Transportation, Inc. a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground with over 15 years in the business is hiring professional drivers to operate out of our Knoxville, TN terminal. You will use your own personal vehicle (2012 or newer, in great condition, with full coverage insurance) to deliver freight. You are responsible for your own gas and maintenance. Compensation ranges from $850 to $1,250 weekly, based on the volume of freight you deliver. No experience is necessary we provide paid training. If you are at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, a clean background and MVR, and can pass a drug test, we have a place for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver and pick up FedEx Ground packages along a designated route.
- Load and unload freight at the Knoxville terminal and at customer locations, ensuring packages are handled with care.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers at every stop.
- Follow all FedEx Ground service standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain your vehicle in safe, reliable condition, including regular maintenance and cleanliness.
- Manage your route efficiently to meet delivery windows and productivity expectations.
- Complete required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately and legibly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and terminal management regarding route status, delays, or issues.
- Represent Morgan and Morgan Transportation and FedEx Ground with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Perform other duties consistent with the role as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Clean background check and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Reliable personal vehicle that meets the following criteria:
- Model year 2012 or newer (within the last 14 years).
- In great mechanical and cosmetic condition.
- Full coverage insurance policy maintained at all times.
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs or more, with assistance or equipment available for heavier items.
- No prior delivery experience necessary paid training provided.
Vehicle Requirements:
- You are responsible for your own gas and all maintenance costs.
- Your vehicle must be capable of safely transporting FedEx Ground freight.
- Full coverage insurance is mandatory and must be maintained throughout employment.
