Key Responsibilities

You will be an integral part of our production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality building components. Your daily tasks will include:

• Operating machinery and using tools to assemble and fabricate timber trusses and wall frames according to specifications.
• Handling and moving timber and other materials safely and efficiently around the factory floor.
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Performing quality checks on your work and the work of your team to ensure all products meet our strict standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all workplace health and safety protocols at all times.
• Following instructions from supervisors and contributing to a positive, productive team environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who bring the right attitude and reliability to our team. To be successful, you will need:

• A strong professional work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Proven reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work effectively both unsupervised and as part of a team.
• The physical capability to perform manual handling tasks in a factory setting, including lifting, standing, and operating machinery.
• The flexibility and willingness to start work at 6:00 AM to align with our production schedule.
• A current Victorian driver’s licence and reliable personal transport to ensure you can get to our Dandenong South location on time.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or a similar hands-on role is beneficial, but a strong willingness to learn is most important.
