Job Title

Fabricator / Welder

Responsibilities

• Substances and mount the components of the irrigation system including pipes, valves and frames.
• Use me, tig and pin welding for mounting and repair works.
• Read the plan and technical images exactly.
• Maintain equipment, equipment and safety standards in the workshop.
• Install both workshop -based and on -site fields.
• Cut, grind, and shape metal using manual and semi-automatic equipment.
• Keep all welds neat, strong, and within specifications.
• Support the team on various custom build projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No formal education required. Welding trade or TAFE certificate is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in welding/fabrication roles. Experience in agricultural or irrigation settings is a benefit.

Skills

• MIG, TIG, and stick welding
