Key Responsibilities
You will be a key contributor to our fabrication and production process. Your core duties will include:
- Performing high-quality MIG and TIG welding on steel and plastic components according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Operating various fabrication tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble industrial tanks and vessels.
- Conducting quality checks on your own work and contributing to a team-focused production environment.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Participating in general labor and production tasks as required to support project completion.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrable experience in MIG/TIG welding, fabrication, or related industrial production work.
- The ability to read and work from blueprints is essential.
- A valid Missouri Driver’s License.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Full-time availability and willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project demands.
