 Key Responsibilities

As a Public Area Attendant, you will be the guardian of our shared spaces. Your key responsibilities will ensure our facility remains immaculate:

• Perform thorough cleaning of all public and common areas, including lobbies, corridors, meeting rooms, and break rooms, through sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms meticulously, disinfecting all fixtures, surfaces, and floors, and restocking supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Empty all trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a streak-free, polished appearance.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to your supervisor promptly.
• Follow all established safety protocols for chemical use and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure efficient service and assist with special deep-cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who bring a strong work ethic and physical capability to the role. The essentials are:

• The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical stamina to be on your feet for an 8-hour shift, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs multiple times daily.
• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine pride in your work.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or a similar role is preferred, but we are fully committed to training the right individual.
