Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work on thermal spray systems and related equipment.
• Support coatings production, engineering, and maintenance activities for torch assemblies, robotic systems, and data collection tools.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for coating systems and associated machinery.
• Monitor and analyze coating cubicle parameters and maintain data collection systems in optimal condition.
• Conduct annual calibration of robotic systems as required.
• Assist with the setup, troubleshooting, and assembly of thermal spray torches, powder dispensers, and media blasting systems.
• Work closely with the Operations team to identify and resolve equipment or process issues.
• Participate in the training and development of coating operations staff.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 2-Year Technical Program or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Prior experience in equipment maintenance or repair in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment preferred.
• ABB Robot Operation and Maintenance certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Strong understanding of safety work processes such as JSA and MOC.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
