Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the complete embroidery process, ensuring each job meets our high standards for quality and timeliness.

• Accurately read and interpret job sheets to understand specific client requirements for each embroidery order.
• Professionally set up the multi-head embroidery machine, including hooping, selecting threads, and loading the correct design files.
• Precisely mark and align garments or materials to ensure perfect embroidery placement.
• Operate the machine efficiently throughout the production run, monitoring for any issues and performing basic maintenance.
• Finish each job by carefully trimming threads, conducting quality checks, and packing completed items neatly for delivery.
• Accurately complete all job sheet documentation and maintain a clean, organised workstation.

Qualifications

• Essential: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating multi-head embroidery machinery is required.
