Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our kitchen team, you will:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing area at all times.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools efficiently.
• Support chefs and cooks by keeping utensils and cookware ready for use.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen at the start and end of shifts.
• Follow all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
• Take pride in your work and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant is an advantage, but not essential we’ll train the right candidate.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude are key.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow directions accurately.
• Physically fit to handle repetitive tasks and extended periods on your feet.
• Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to grow in the culinary field.
• Openness to learning, adapting, and developing through mentorship.
