Key Responsibilities

You will manage the full delivery cycle, from loading to customer drop-off, ensuring a seamless and professional service.

• Safely operate a box truck along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Accurately load and unload cargo using equipment like pallet jacks and through manual lifting, securing all items properly for transit to prevent damage.
• Deliver packages directly to customers, interacting professionally, collecting necessary signatures, and addressing any delivery-related questions courteously.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance to keep the truck in good working order. Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management when not on delivery routes.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dependable individual with the right mix of driving skill and physical capability.

• A valid driver’s license (specific class to be confirmed based on local/state requirements for the vehicle) and a clean driving record are required.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with specific experience in route driving highly preferred.
