Key Responsibilities

You will be an integral part of the production process, contributing to the creation of products that make a difference. Your key duties will include:

• Operating production and packaging machinery efficiently to manufacture and pack vitamin tablets, capsules, or liquids.
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously to ensure every product meets stringent quality and safety standards.
• Accurately completing GMP batch documentation and records, maintaining full traceability for all production runs.
• Performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of the production area and equipment to uphold impeccable hygiene standards.
• Working collaboratively within a team to meet daily production targets and maintain a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals who can hit the ground running in a precise manufacturing setting. To be successful, you will need:

• Unlimited working rights in Australia with no restrictions on hours or employment duration.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment. Experience in food, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG is highly advantageous.
• The physical capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks as part of your shift.
• A strong attention to detail and a conscientious approach to following written procedures and maintaining accurate records.
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster covering days, afternoons, or nights as required.
