 Key Responsibilities

You will be an essential member of a professional roofing crew, working under the direction of a foreman to deliver top-quality results. Your primary duties will include:

• Safely performing the removal and installation of various commercial roof systems on job sites across your region.
• Working confidently at heights, using ladders and working on rooftops to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Operating a variety of hand tools, power drills, hammers, and mechanical equipment efficiently and as trained.
• Actively participating in all onsite safety meetings and rigorously following both ministry regulations and CentiMark’s industry-leading safety protocols.
• Communicating effectively with your foreman and crew members to ensure tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
• Being available for out-of-town travel as required by project assignments and maintaining flexibility to work weekends or holidays when needed to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

We are looking for team-oriented individuals who bring reliability and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:

• The physical capability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and the comfort to work at significant heights.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to learn and adhere to strict safety policies.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A willingness to travel for work and adapt to a schedule that may include weekends.
• While not mandatory, previous experience in commercial roofing, construction, or a related labour field is a valuable asset.
