About the Role
This is a full-time position managing the housekeeping and general cleanliness of a country club facility. You will be part of a team ensuring the club’s environments—from locker rooms to common areas are immaculate and welcoming for members and guests. The role operates on a 5-day workweek with two potential shift patterns, offering a straightforward and rewarding pay structure.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your work will contribute directly to the exceptional experience of the country club’s members.
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of all assigned indoor and outdoor common areas, including lobbies, corridors, and lounges.
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, and shower facilities, replenishing amenities like towels and toiletries.
- Conduct routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and polishing surfaces.
- Empty all waste and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal.
- Maintain the cleanliness of poolside areas, terraces, and other outdoor spaces, removing litter and debris.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all club safety and hygiene protocols, using cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.

Compensation and Benefits

- Earn up to S$75 per regular workday.
- Receive an additional S$25 for each standby day assigned.
- Monthly salary payment with mandatory CPF contributions.
- Entitlement to a bonus after 12 months of continuous service.
- Fixed 5-day work week with shift options: 7:30am to 3:30pm OR 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
