 Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our cleaning team, you’ll ensure our Mt Wellington facility is presented to the highest standard. Your core duties will involve:

• Performing a range of cleaning tasks to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Working effectively without direct supervision, managing your time to complete all assigned tasks within your shift.
• Undertaking manual handling as required, which may include lifting, moving equipment, and standing for extended periods.
• Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly according to provided guidelines.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in a manner that prioritises safety for yourself, colleagues, and site visitors.

Qualifications

We value a strong work ethic and a positive attitude above all. The right person for this role will have:

• A reliable and conscientious approach, with the ability to work independently to a high standard.
• Good physical fitness to handle the manual aspects of the role, including lifting and being on your feet.
• The availability to work one of the set evening shifts: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• While previous cleaning experience is helpful, it is not essential a willingness to learn and do the job well is what matters most.
