About the Role

This is a specialised cleaning role within the construction sector. You will be responsible for the crucial post-construction clean, ensuring every surface and fixture in a newly built or renovated structure is impeccable. Your work is the final step before handover, making the space welcoming and hygienic for its new owners or tenants. We are looking for a professional who understands the care required for different materials and takes pride in delivering a flawless result.

Key Responsibilities

Your attention to detail will ensure the highest standard of presentation. Your core duties will include:

• Performing a comprehensive final clean of residential homes, offices, and other structures after construction is complete.
• Carefully wiping down and sanitising all fixtures and surfaces, including ceiling fans, lights, air vents, walls, cabinets, windows, mirrors, baseboards, countertops, and appliances.
• Sweeping and mopping all interior floors, as well as cleaning outdoor areas such as sidewalks and patios.
• Selecting and using cleaning products appropriately, with specific care for delicate materials like granite, marble, or quartz to avoid damage.
• Ensuring all waste and construction debris from the clean-up process is properly disposed of, leaving the site perfectly tidy.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet specific and non-negotiable criteria. We are looking for a candidate with:

• Several years of professional cleaning experience, preferably within construction, renovation, or high-end domestic cleaning.
• Certified French language skills at a minimum of B1 level. This must be verifiable through an official certificate, diploma, or exam result. Applications without proof of this certification will not be considered.
• Excellent knowledge of different cleaning chemicals, techniques, and the specific care required for various surfaces and premium materials.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work thoroughly with minimal supervision.
• Physical fitness for a role that involves bending, lifting, and being active throughout the shift.
