Key Responsibilities
In this dual-role position, you will be essential to our on-site operations. Your duties will include:
- Supervising and actively participating in cleaning operations at various residential and commercial locations islandwide.
- Operating specialized cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, extraction machines, and steam cleaners (full training provided).
- Ensuring all work meets our high standards of cleanliness and adheres strictly to safety procedures.
- Maintaining and performing basic checks on cleaning equipment and managing supplies.
- Coordinating daily with the operations team regarding job assignments and schedules.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a candidate who is both practical and responsible. You must have:
- A valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
- Previous experience in cleaning, facility maintenance, or a similar hands-on role is preferred.
- A strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and reliable time management.
- Physical fitness to handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- A safety-conscious, responsible attitude and acceptable communication skills.
- Willingness to learn to operate cleaning machinery (training provided).
