Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will be essential to our daily production. Your key duties will include:

• Operating and monitoring production line equipment used in the cheese-making process, such as vats, presses, and packaging machines.

• Performing various tasks throughout the production cycle, which may include handling ingredients, molding, turning, salting, and brining cheese.
