Key Responsibilities

You will be a key player in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.

• Perform complete janitorial services, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing floors and surfaces in various client facilities.
• Collect and dispose of all waste, and thoroughly clean common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms.
• Apply industry-leading cleaning techniques learned through our certified training programs to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
• Provide exceptional, friendly customer service and address the unique needs of each client site.
• Adhere to all safety and procedural guidelines while using eco-friendly cleaning products.

• The ability to adapt, learn new skills quickly, and work effectively.
• Must be able to pass a Police Background Check.
• Physical ability to meet job demands: lift up to 30 lbs, stand/walk for the shift, and perform tasks like bending, stretching, and climbing stairs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
