Your Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our casual cleaning team, you will be entrusted with maintaining our high standards at client sites. Your daily tasks will include:
- Performing comprehensive janitorial services such as dusting, sweeping, and mopping all floor and surface areas.
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment by thoroughly sanitizing and disinfecting high-touch surfaces and restrooms.
- Collecting, removing, and properly disposing of all waste from the premises.
- Cleaning and maintaining all common areas, including entrances, stairwells, and hallways.
- Learning and applying our industry-leading cleaning techniques to deliver consistently excellent results.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service and being attentive to the specific needs of each site.
What You Bring to the Role
We believe the right attitude is just as important as experience. The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail.
- A positive, friendly, and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
- The physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 30 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and performing tasks like bending and climbing stairs.
- The ability to successfully pass a Police Background Check.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.
While previous cleaning experience is beneficial, our certified training program is designed to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed.
