Responsibilities

• Here’s what you’d be doing most days:
• Wash vehicles once they’ve been repaired.
• Clean the interior — vacuum seats, wipe down dashboards, tidy the floor mats.
• Hose down the exterior, then dry with cloths or dryers.
• Make sure windows, mirrors, and paintwork are spotless.
• Apply finishing touches like polish or tyre shine when needed.
• Keep your work area clean and all tools/equipment in place.
• Move vehicles around the lot if needed (must be confident but careful).
• Use proper products and follow safety steps when handling cleaning supplies.
• Let the team know if you notice any scratches or leftover damage.
• Help with minor shop duties — sometimes that means restocking or tidying shared spaces.
• Occasionally help with scanning papers or light office help.
• Always aim to send cars back in showroom condition.
• Jump in to support teammates if they’re short-handed.
• Be the last quality checkpoint before the customer gets their vehicle.
• Stick to the daily cleaning process but suggest improvements if you see something that helps.
