Key Responsibilities
As the central hub of our daily operations, you will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks to ensure excellence in service. Your core duties will include:
- Serving as the first point of contact, handling incoming customer calls and email correspondence as a primary responsibility.
- Efficiently managing and scheduling school-run bookings with a high degree of accuracy.
- Preparing, issuing, and managing invoicing and billing records for services rendered.
- Using the dispatch system to take taxi bookings, provide fare estimates, and assign jobs to the most appropriate drivers.
- Monitoring trip progress and maintaining clear, professional communication with drivers throughout their shifts.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints calmly and effectively to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with a specific blend of experience, education, and personal skills. The requirements are:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a cab call operator is required. Additional experience in dispatching, a call center, or customer service is highly valued.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. You must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as this is the primary language of operation.
- Must be confident with computers, email systems, and invoicing software. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and the capacity to multitask under pressure are essential.
- Must be willing and able to work Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM in our I-8/4, Islamabad office. Reliable commute or relocation plans are necessary.
