Key Responsibilities

  • Construct and fabricate aluminium hulls, superstructures, and components to meet strict quality standards.
  • Ensure hull strength and integrity, following project specifications and quality control protocols.
  • Collaborate with the fabrication team to problem-solve and innovate during new builds.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
  • Apply attention to detail at every stage of production to ensure exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Adapt to a variety of tasks weekly, contributing to multiple stages of long-term boat builds.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in aluminium welding and fabrication, preferably in boatbuilding or marine construction.
