Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the essential support that helps our bakers shine. Your core tasks will include:
- Assisting our qualified bakers with key preparation work, such as traying out and cutting bread dough, and applying toppings like cheese and sauce with care.
- Taking ownership of maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, including the thorough cleaning of dough machines and equipment after use.
- Safely handling and moving bakery stock and supplies, using trolleys to manage weights typically between 5kg and 20kg.
- Learning fundamental baking processes and tasks directly from our experienced team, soaking up knowledge for your own growth.
- Demonstrating consistent reliability to ensure all daily tasks are completed on schedule, helping our team meet customer demand without a hitch.
