Key Responsibilities

  • Replace guest amenities and room supplies, ensuring everything is fresh and fully stocked.
  • Make beds with precision and fold linens according to luxury standards.
  • Remove trash, soiled linens, and service items from rooms discreetly and efficiently.
  • Greet guests warmly and respond to their requests promptly.
  • Organize desk items, furniture, and appliances so everything looks perfect.
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furniture.
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.

Experience:

  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification:

  • None required.
