This role is essential in ensuring our apartment communities and facilities remain clean, comfortable, and ready for residents to enjoy. You’ll work across multiple properties, performing detailed cleaning tasks that help maintain our company’s high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in keeping our properties in top condition. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing final cleanings for vacant apartment units before new tenants move in.
• Conducting new construction cleanups to prepare units for first occupancy.
• Cleaning company offices and interior common areas across assigned apartment buildings.
• Maintaining cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and shared spaces.
• Safely transporting cleaning supplies and equipment between property locations.
• Using company-provided tools, materials, and safety procedures effectively.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly to management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required).
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
• The ability to lift at least 30 lbs, and to bend, kneel, or squat when performing cleaning tasks.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality to meet scheduled cleaning assignments.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between sites.
