Responsibilities

• Watch over the site and make sure everything stays safe and orderly.
• Greet staff, clients, and visitors in a professional way.

• Walk the premises during your shift and check key areas.
• Follow the site’s specific instructions — every client is different.
• Step in early if you see something going wrong and report it properly.
• Be on time, well-groomed, and ready to handle any situation.
• Communicate with your team or supervisor when needed.
• Stick to health and safety practices during every shift.
• Take care of minor issues without escalating unless necessary.
• Help cover extra shifts if they come up and you’re available.
• Keep daily logs updated and hand over clean reports at the end of your shift.
