Key Responsibilities
- Filter oil fryers daily to maintain food safety standards
- Clean and maintain inside and outside windows, restrooms, stock rooms, and equipment
- Maintain outside grounds and remove debris as needed
- Unload delivery trucks twice per week and organize supplies
- Take out and empty trash and manage waste disposal, including compactors
- Change light bulbs and perform minor maintenance on fixtures
- Clean HVAC and exhaust units, including removing roof debris
- Support management with tasks to maintain high cleanliness and operational standards
Qualifications
No formal education is required, but candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and able to perform manual tasks safely. Previous experience in maintenance, cleaning, or restaurant support is preferred but not required. Employees must be able to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $28,000 to $38,000, depending on experience.
