What You’ll Be Doing

Driving safely, every trip: You’ll follow traffic laws and company protocols without exception. No shortcuts, no risky moves—just solid, careful driving.
Taking care of passengers: You’ll greet people politely, keep the ride comfortable, and make sure they feel respected from start to finish.
Managing app-based trips: You’ll use Yango, inDrive, and other ride-hailing apps to accept trips and navigate to pickups and drop-offs.
Checking your vehicle: At the start and end of each shift, you’ll do basic checks—fuel, tire pressure, cleanliness—so the car is always ready to go.
Keeping things clean: You’ll maintain the interior throughout your shift so passengers step into a tidy, welcoming space every time.
Handling payments and navigation: You’ll manage electronic payments through the apps and use Google Maps or similar tools to find the best routes.
Reporting issues right away: If something comes up—a mechanical issue, an accident, anything—you’ll let management know immediately so it gets handled.

What You’ll Need

A valid Pakistani driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience behind you.
A clean driving record—no major violations or issues that would make passengers or the company concerned.
Proven experience as a professional driver. If you’ve done ride-hailing, chauffeuring, or taxi work before, that’s a strong plus.
Solid knowledge of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and the surrounding areas. You should know the roads without needing an app to tell you everything.
Comfort with smartphone navigation apps like Google Maps and the ability to use ride-hailing apps smoothly.
A professional appearance and the ability to communicate clearly and politely with passengers.
Reliability and trustworthiness. We need drivers who show up on time and do what they say they’ll do.
Your own smartphone capable of running the required apps.
