What You’ll Be Doing

Reach Truck Stocking: You’ll operate a Reach Truck to move, position, and organise pallets throughout the warehouse. Precision and safety are essential.
Pallet Positioning and Consolidation: Keep the warehouse organised by consolidating loads and positioning pallets in the correct locations.
Cycle Counts: Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. You’ll verify quantities and part numbers against system records.
Verify Part Numbers and Quantities: Attention to detail is critical. You’ll double-check that what’s on the pallet matches what’s in the system.
Lift Heavy Boxes as Needed: While the Reach Truck does the heavy moving, there will be times you need to lift and handle boxes manually.
Follow Directions and Pay Attention to Detail: You’ll receive instructions and need to follow them accurately. Details matter in a parts warehouse.
Work as Part of a Team: We’re looking for team players who communicate well and help out where needed.

What We’re Looking For

Reach Truck Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically on a Reach Truck. Not sit-down or order pickers—Reach Truck experience is mandatory.
Warehouse Experience: General warehouse experience is required, with a focus on following directions and paying attention to detail.
Physical Capability: Must be able to lift heavy boxes as part of the role.
Reliable Transportation: You need to get to work on time, every day.
Great Attitude: Positive, willing to learn, and ready to work hard.
Team Player: We succeed together. You need to work well with others.
Attention to Detail: Verifying part numbers and quantities requires focus and accuracy.
English Proficiency: Preferred for communication and safety.

Schedule and Pay

Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Overtime: Available as needed
Environment: Inside, open-air warehouse environment
Work Location: In person at 10600 Toebben Drive, Unit 1, Independence, KY 41051
