Lot Attendant Needed In Taiwan

Carman Auto Group in New Castle is looking for a Lot Attendant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for maximising lot space, parking vehicles, inspecting for damage, handling dealer trades, and keeping our inventory clean and presentable. If you have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and can operate both automatic and standard vehicles, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Maximise Lot Space: You’ll be responsible for organising the dealership lot, making the most of available space and keeping vehicles arranged efficiently.
Inspect Cars for Damage: Before and after vehicles move, you’ll inspect them for any damage, noting issues and reporting them promptly.
Record Damages and Missing Items: On delivery receipts, you’ll document any damage or missing items accurately—attention to detail is essential.
Park New Cars: When new inventory arrives, you’ll park vehicles in their assigned areas, keeping the lot tidy and accessible.
Handle Dealer Trades: You may be asked to move vehicles between dealerships or locations as part of dealer trades.
Clean Vehicles: Help keep our inventory looking its best by performing basic cleaning and detailing as needed.
Work Outdoors: This role is primarily outdoors, in all weather conditions. You need to be comfortable with that.

What We’re Looking For

Valid Driver’s License: Imperative. You must have a current, valid driver’s license.
Clean Driving Record: No DUI’s in the last 3 years. We’ll check.
Ability to Operate Both Standard and Automatic Vehicles: You need to be comfortable driving manual transmissions.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED: Required.
Past Experience Recommended: Experience in a similar role is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to Work Outdoors: You’ll be on your feet for extended periods, working outside in all weather conditions.
Attention to Detail: Inspecting vehicles for damage requires a sharp eye.
Self-Motivated: We’re looking for high-energy professionals who take initiative.

Schedule and Pay

Pay Rate: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Day shift, morning shift
Job Type: Full-time
