Key Responsibilities
Your day will be spent at different customer sites, ensuring their critical entrance systems operate safely and reliably.
- Your core duty will be performing planned maintenance, repairs, and servicing on a wide array of industrial doors and automated entrance solutions.
- You will conduct essential safety checks and ensure all work complies with national standards and regulations.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on-site will be a regular part of your role.
- As the face of our company, you will provide expert advice to customers, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

- A keen technical aptitude and competence in mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with hydraulics is a strong advantage.
- You must be reliable, safety-conscious, and possess a proactive customer-service mindset.
- The role requires licensing to operate a forklift and an EWP (Elevated Work Platform). Comfort working at height is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable, professional attitude are crucial for dealing with clients.
- You should thrive in varied work environments and enjoy the autonomy of managing your own schedule and tasks.
- A relevant trade qualification or proven experience in a similar field service role is highly regarded.
