Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our painting crew, you’ll be responsible for delivering the high-quality results our clients expect. Your role will involve:
- Preparing surfaces thoroughly, including cleaning, sanding, and priming, to ensure the best possible adhesion and finish.
- Applying paint, stain, and other finishes efficiently and neatly to both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Carefully protecting furniture, floors, and fixtures before starting any job.
- Utilizing cutting-in techniques with brushes and rolling large areas smoothly and consistently.
- Performing detailed touch-ups and final walk-throughs to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe worksite throughout the project and upon completion.
Qualifications
We’re seeking reliable professionals who are committed to their craft. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional painting experience, whether in residential or commercial settings.
- Your own reliable transportation to get to our West County job sites.
- A professional attitude and appearance that reflects well on our company.
- A strong, natural attention to detail you notice what others might miss.
- The ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and cooperatively as part of a team.
- A commitment to the scheduled hours of Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
