Contract Basis Office Cleaners Required In Singapore

Key Responsibilities

Your role is key to ensuring our office and lab areas are consistently clean, organised, and welcoming.

  • Perform daily cleaning of floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) in office and laboratory areas, and clean windows, walls, and glass surfaces.
  • Manage office pantry duties including preparing coffee and refreshments for visitors, and monitoring and replenishing all cleaning and pantry supplies.
  • Handle basic office administrative support such as scanning documents, receiving mail and deliveries, and sending/collecting documents from our Tiong Bahru office.
  • Support laboratory cleanliness by receiving lab items, cleaning apparatus and glassware, and arranging equipment in cabinets. Deliver glassware for autoclaving at a nearby building.
  • Supervise monthly air-conditioning vendor maintenance and complete any other ad-hoc cleaning or organisational tasks as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is eligible to work in Singapore.

  • Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • A reliable, independent work ethic with strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a tidy environment.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks throughout the day.
  • A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work comfortably in both office and light laboratory support settings.
  • No prior experience in laboratory work is required, but a willingness to learn and follow specific procedures is essential.
