Key Responsibilities

Your daily work will be vital to keeping our department running smoothly and safely. Key duties include:

• Maintaining Department Presentation: Zoning aisles to ensure merchandise is neat, fully stocked, and visually appealing for customers.
• Ensuring Product Quality and Safety: Carefully rotating stock, checking for expired products, and strictly following all food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Upholding Compliance Standards: Adhering to critical policies for cold chain compliance, including accurate thermometer calibrations and temperature recordings.
• Managing Pricing and Signage: Ensuring all merchandise is properly signed, flagged, and priced according to company guidelines.
• Supporting Operational Processes: Following correct procedures for ordering new stock and managing clearance or price changes (markups/markdowns).
• Prioritizing Safety: Following all Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for both customers and associates.
