Key Responsibilities

As the leader of our flagship store, you will be responsible for its total performance and atmosphere. Your role will encompass:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a fashion-forward team to deliver exceptional customer service and expert styling advice.
• Driving commercial success through effective roster planning, sales analysis, and strategic floor leadership.
• Taking full ownership of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising standards, and team development.
• Creating and maintaining the store’s visual presentation to ensure it reflects the MAX brand at its most compelling and aspirational.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to grow.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring retail leader. The ideal candidate will possess:
