Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, offices, and restrooms throughout the property.
  • Service guest rooms meticulously, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities and mini-bar products, and removing rubbish.
  • Handle and transfer laundry efficiently as required.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Respond promptly and professionally to specific guest requests for room servicing.
  • Report any maintenance issues, guest feedback, or incidents to your supervisor immediately.
  • Work collaboratively within the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
