Key Responsibilities

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, offices, and restrooms throughout the property.
Service guest rooms meticulously, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities and mini-bar products, and removing rubbish.
Handle and transfer laundry efficiently as required.
Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Respond promptly and professionally to specific guest requests for room servicing.
Report any maintenance issues, guest feedback, or incidents to your supervisor immediately.
Work collaboratively within the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

The physical ability to meet the role’s demands, including manual handling and standing for extended periods.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritisation skills.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
