Key Responsibilities
As an RBT, you will be the hands-on provider of life-changing therapy, working closely with clients and their support teams.
- Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes, schools, or community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Skillfully implement positive reinforcement and other behavioral strategies to teach new skills, promote independence, and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Accurately collect and record data during sessions to monitor client progress and support clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with families, BCBAs, and other team members to ensure consistency and maximize client success.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills.
Qualifications

- Required: A current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with children, ideally in ABA therapy, education, childcare, psychology, or a related field.
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable personal transportation and a willingness to travel locally for in-home client sessions.
- The physical ability to actively engage with clients (e.g., sit on the floor, move from sitting to standing, lift up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
