Key Responsibilities
You will be the crucial link between our customers and their perfect rental experience. Your core duties will involve:
- Be the friendly first point of contact, managing inquiries across phone, email, and social media to deliver standout ‘SNAP moments’.
- Confidently convert quotes into confirmed bookings, proactively upsell vehicle upgrades and extras, and work towards hitting your monthly sales targets.
- Think on your feet to provide smart, quick solutions to customer questions and issues.
- Handle administrative tasks with accuracy, support compliance procedures, and help with team tasks like vehicle transfers to keep everything running seamlessly.
Qualifications
We are looking for a positive, proactive individual with a customer-first mindset.
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, travel, retail, or a similar service industry. Experience in insurance or claims is also highly valuable.
- A natural talent for communication and sales, with a friendly and persuasive phone manner.
- A proactive, curious, and eager-to-learn attitude, always looking for better ways to do things.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, energetic team.
- Strong computer skills and the organisational ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
